We came across this travel agency randomly through a social media post when researching trips to Uganda. The post highly recommended them, so we decided to reach out, and we’re very glad we did! From the very beginning, they were super responsive, patient, and helpful in answering all of our questions. We quickly felt confident booking our entire trip with them. When we later encountered flight issues due to the war, they were extremely flexible and supportive, adapting our itinerary smoothly and efficiently. They were also transparent about everything and consistently focused on delivering the best possible experience for us. We spent five unforgettable days in Uganda, tracking gorillas, searching for shoebill storks, and going on safari. Everything was super well organized. Our tour guide was highly professional and knowledgeable, with deep insights into wildlife, birds, history, biology, ecosystems, and geography, etc., and we learned so much throughout the trip. The accommodations arranged for us were all very good, with one standout stay in Mburo National Park. There, we experienced wildlife right at our doorstep: Hippos near the hotel at night, baboons passing through the yard in the morning, and egrets flying over the lake at sunrise. It was truly magical. In short, I highly recommend this travel agency to anyone looking to explore Uganda and enjoy a seamless, memorable, and enriching travel experience.

My driver Medard delivered phenomenal service the entire time. He drove incredibly safely, smoothly and steadily at all times, and always put my safety as his absolute top priority. Every decision he made was for the wellbeing and security of my trip, making me feel calm, protected and comfortable throughout the whole adventure. Thanks to his amazing professional experience and sharp eye for wildlife, I got to witness so many stunning wild animals in their natural habitat. I was so lucky to see gorillas, bush babies and plenty of other beautiful exotic creatures up close. This is hands down the best safari experience I have ever had. Une expérience inoubliable avec Medard et Kimed Eco Tours – Bien plus qu’un simple voyage Je viens de passer 6 jours absolument incroyables en Ouganda et au Rwanda avec Kimed Eco Tours, et je peux dire sans hésitation que cette expérience a dépassé toutes mes attentes. Un immense merci à mon guide Medard, qui a été tout simplement exceptionnel du début à la fin. Nous avons vécu des moments magiques : – La rencontre bouleversante avec les gorilles de montagne dans la forêt de Forêt impénétrable de Bwindi. Une heure hors du temps, remplie d’émotions. – Le trek des chimpanzés, intense et fascinant, au cœur de la jungle. – L’observation des singes dorés dans le Parc National des Volcans. – Un safari extraordinaire dans le Queen Elizabeth National Park, où nous avons vu éléphants, lions, buffles, hippopotames et bien plus encore. Mais au-delà des paysages et des animaux, ce qui a rendu ce voyage si spécial, c’est Medard. Il a été d’un professionnalisme remarquable : ponctuel, organisé, toujours souriant, passionné par son pays et par la faune. Il connaît chaque parc, chaque piste, chaque détail. Il répond à toutes les questions avec patience et précision. Et surtout, il a été d’une grande bienveillance. J’ai eu quelques petits soucis de santé pendant le séjour (fatigue, altitude, rhume), et Medard a toujours été attentif, rassurant, prêt à adapter le programme si nécessaire. Il s’assurait que je mange bien, que je me repose, que tout aille bien. Je me suis sentie en sécurité et soutenue en permanence. On sent qu’il aime profondément son travail et qu’il veut sincèrement que ses clients vivent une expérience unique. Ce n’est pas juste un guide, c’est une personne humaine, attentionnée, investie. Medard is a professional and responsible guide,perfect in English and always happy to share interesting things about both Uganda and Rwanda. He also gave great tips on packing, dressing, and what to expect. The lodges were nice and clean and food was great, everything perfect!
